Guidelines To Authors
We are glad you are thinking of publishing with us. Here is how submission works at every Python Publishing Press journal.
1. Choose a journal
Read the journal's Aim & Scope to check that your work fits. See all seven on the Journals page.
2. Prepare your manuscript
Follow the journal's Author Guidelines. In short: a clear title, an abstract of up to 250 words, keywords, a structured main text, and statements on ethics, funding, conflicts of interest and data availability. Original research articles, reviews, short communications and case studies are all welcome.
3. Submit online
Register or log in, then submit through the journal's online system. You can follow your manuscript's progress and reply to reviewers from your dashboard.
4. Review and decision
Every manuscript is screened by the editors and then reviewed double-blind by at least two independent reviewers.
5. Publication
Accepted articles are published open access under CC BY 4.0 with a Crossref DOI. There is no submission fee; an Article Processing Charge applies only after acceptance, with waivers available.
